Observations
- The water climbs the paper and carries the colour with it.
- The orange rises faster then most of the other colours
- black is slower then orange and purple
- the colours explode at the end and purple and orange collide
- then black shoots to the side
Is you ink a pure substance or a mixture
The substance is a mixture because there are more than one set of properties.

1. A mixture contains two or more different type of matter. A pure substance the same throughout. Every sample of a pure substance always has the same properties

In the picture above is a particle model. If you mix them all together you will get a pure substance because there are two elements in the substance and two elemnts equals compounds and a compound is a pure substance.
3.Three examples of pure substances are Gold, Oxygen, and Nitrogen
Three examples of a mixtures are Vegatable oil, wine, soil
In the first photo is cream and food dye. When I put oil in it the dye did not move because it is a heterogeneous substance there were million globs in it.
This is just milk and food dye and when put in oil it combines with each other because it is a heterogeneous it has 100 million globules in it.
